Did I read the attached company history and culture handout?
Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Fisher Investments
Entrevista
45 minute prescreen with a recruiter to assess my behavior and knowledge of TA. Then invited to complete a skype interview with the hiring manager. Again, the conversation consisted of behavioral question and how you can handle different situations. Conversation went well enough to get an invite to their Camas office in WA - all expenses paid, including hotel, airfare and rental car. Due to a couple of unforeseen circumstances on my end, I had to complete these interviews via Skype as my schedule did not allow for me to travel to Camas. I was sent a Pre-Screening Employment BC, which I found to a little odd that this was happening in the middle of the process.
Spoke with the team via Skype/BlueJeans and everyone was super friendly but questions were repetitive and again, all behavioral questions were asked. Didn't seem like the team had an interview strategy lined-up. I was then invited to complete one more round of Skype Interviews with another manager, almost a week and a half out.
I learned two-three days later that I wouldn't be receiving an offer. I asked if I could receive feedback and I was told that it's company policy to not share these reasons with candidates.
