I had a 60 minute interview with the assigned recruiter. He was very nice and did a great job. However, we get to the end of the interview and he goes over the "schedule." Apparently anyone with a manager title even if you have no direct reports requires a minimum 10 hour work day every day with a minimum 50 hours a week. No talk of work/life balance, employee retention, or employee value. It was a huge red flag and * chose to withdraw from consideration.

4. The next scheduled step was an interview with the hiring manager's leader. However, this interview was unexpectedly postponed.
The duration of the process extended beyond 2.5 months, significantly deviating from industry norms. With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, I engaged with the recruiter who conveyed that their hiring process operates on subjective criteria. Additionally, the interview questions lacked structure and appeared arbitrary in nature.
