Over all good, but be prepared! They take long to get it started and get you on-boarded but once your in its go go go. Lear about the company before hand and have unique questions to ask.
Started off with phone interview basic questions around motivations. Second round was similar to the first one however i was invited in person canary wharf office interviewed by senior and someone already within this role

I Interviewed for three positions over 2 hours, after the preliminary phone screening. About a week after the three in person interviews I had one final phone interview before they offered me the position.

Started with a phone interview and had three on-site interviews. I passed the phone interview, which was a breeze. Then the first on site interview was with two senior employees of the position I was applying for.
