The interview process was not like the usual one, it was a completely different process. For example, the recruitment team decided to make group interview, which included 6 applicants for different position (as i understood during the process, the other 5 applicants applied for developer and tester positions), so they conducted a team and wanted to see how we communicated and solve the given tasks. Actually, they wanted to see the collaboration in the team.
