I had two technical discussion. First with Account Head and second with another Sr. Manager. Final HR discussion also went very well. After 10 days I called the recruiter and he said feedback is negative. That was a big surprise. All interviews were so apt and fit for requirement but how come HR gave negative feedback? Also, no reason stated about what went wrong. I suspect there is link between HR/Recruiter and specific Job Consultancy firms.
If senior people like account head and sr. managers find a candidate worthy joining how come has HR got supreme power to reject entire candidature of such talented professional? This company doesnt have any professionalism in terms of their recruitment practice and HR personnel.
If HR has ultimate power to give offer or not then they must have first interview from HR which will save everyone's time if The HR feels its not good candidate.
