I had a Senior Corporate Recruiter of FiServ call and he/she was very impressed with resume. Said wanted to get me in and would call in 5 - 7 days. No call and I followed up with several emails in the following 3 weeks. Finally got a response from the recruiter telling me I would get a call that day; no call. For a Fortune 500 company, they could have told me I wasn't a fit instead of ignoring emails and promising phone calls that never happened. I had non Fortune companies send a "thanks, but not a fit" email. Very disappointed and I told them this with my last email. Looked like a great company to work for and I wouldn't use my review as a gauge for the company, their recruiting could be more professional.
