Pretty straight forward phone interview process that lasted about an hour. Interviewed with Manager and one staff team member. General knowledge questions - along with some basic technical questions on web config and setup.

Travel was important - wanted someone on road 50-75%.
Phone Screen. Went well. Be sure to use real world examples and not hypothetical answers to their questions. Phone screen lasted around 45 minutes and was a good way of learning more about the company.

Very thorough, I had 2 rounds of interview. The hiring manager wants to see up to date knowledge on current tools and processes. You want to study Fiserv mission and brand.

I was contacted by HR and went through a phone screening which led to setting up and interview with the manager of the team. The interview was mostly behavioral questions. It was two round of interviews. The first interview was with the Manager and the second interview was with 2 members of the team.
