Entrevista
Seems like a good place to work. The process is long, because you must get approved by management. The background check is extensive, because I had my references call me about the questions being asked. You first get a phone call from HR in Dublin setting up the phone interview, then the in person interview a week or two later. After which you will get a call a day or 2 later,if there is no other interviews. They then send an email for the drug test and a background check.
It was simple and only took 30–40 minutes — went by faster than usual. Just one round, and after that it was done. Pretty straightforward overall, nothing drawn out or complicated.
First round:- Group discussion
There were five people in my group and we were asked to share our views on a particular topic.
our Topic was (Why are there soo many failed startup in INDIA)
it was about a 30min long discussion with the interviewer asking us open question during all of it.
