The interview was scheduled at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon.The entire process was pathetic! There were openings for multiple positions. Only 2 recruiters were at the venue. Both had occupied 2 cabins and were interviewing all the candidates. One of which was coming out occasionally to collect CV's. It was a very poor show as they they didn't know which candidate has arrived at which time for which profile. Due to which many candidates left the venue. I myself sat for 4 hours and only after me telling the recruiter that people after me has got interviewed and even reached home he interviewed me to tell me that my profile was a miss match!!! 1) Poor management 2) Lack of clarity on job description and job qualification 3) most of the candidates were confused by the profile mentioned 4) they took there time (as per there convenience) to tell the candidate scheduled for the interview on Sunday that BA and testing profiles have already expired a day before. 5) Few candidates got to know that the profile doesn't match only after 2nd round. Overall a very pathetic and unprofessional experience!!
