The HR department responded within a few days after sending in my resume. Initially, I had to take a personality assessment. It was only 2 pages long and you just needed to click on the character trait that best represented you personally and professionally. Phase 2 was a one-way video. I needed to answer 6 questions on Spark Hire. I could complete the video on my own time and send it in. Phase 3 was a 1/2 hour phone interview with the manager and phase 4 was an in-person/face-to-face interview.
