The process from start to finish took two week! The first interview was a phone interview with the recruiter. She was incredible every step of the way and so informative. The next interview was with the VP of sales. It was very casual, in my opinion. Very conversational and genuinely seeking to ensure that it is a good fit for the candidate and the organization. The third interview was also with the VP of sales and another AE! In this phase a mock pitch was required. Both of the individuals conducting the interview were really great - giving both positive and constructive criticism of the pitch. I felt like everyone was genuinely very kind, helpful, open and honest from start to finish. The recruiter was especially incredible. Her enthusiasm along the way and when she called with the offer is simply infections in such a positive way! I have been through the interview process with some pretty big organizations and this was the most positive experience I have ever had.

I applied via linkedIn, they got back to me 2-3 weeks after, set up the first call. Average interview process, nothing spectacular. Not a great salary for what the roles offers. long sales interview process after initial interview.
