Interviewed at Firstbase and got an offer. I was told I’d have to undergo a trial phase. After my trial, I was ghosted. A few days later, I reached out to the recruiter, who sent me a rejection mail almost immediately. Apparently, I didn’t pass the “interview stage” even though I received a contract from them. That was so bizarre.
