I reached the location exactly on time. But there was absolutely nobody to attend me. After 2 hours of waiting and asking for the POC, the hr arrived and handled me few papers which contained some java based mcqs. Once I was done with the test, the hr asked me to wait for some time to proceed with the face to face interview. After that, I was called in the interview room and there was a panel of 2 people The interview lasted for about 40 minutes. I ranged from basic java to spring and hibernate. Even after fairing well, I was about to leave without any feedback. The next day , I got a call from my consultancy saying that the feedback was positive and they want to know my current and expected ctc for further formalities. It's been 1.5 weeks there's no response from the hr what so ever. I am extremely disappointed If you do not have the professionalism to atleast make a call and give a proper feedback. Then do not waste candidate's time by calling them for an interview.
