Candidates Beware: Company ghosts candidates and will no respect your time. Operates as a startup with high turnover due to toxic culture. 3 interviews over several weeks. First interview with talent acquisition then several interviews with the hiring team. Process was very informal and unorganized.

Recruiter called 6 minutes late. I stepped away from my phone for 1 minute and the call came in. Upon calling the recruiter back a minute after her call, she was already on the phone with someone else. I received a text that she would try to get off of the phone in 10 minutes and never heard back. Unprofessional. I was surprised at the lack of respect for my time.

Hello!
I am SO sorry to hear that the recruiter was late to the call and this is not normal practice. Every candidate we ask for an interview is at the top of our list as potential candidates and we take every candidate seriously.
I do apologize that you were not given the respect you deserved during your interview process.
