All interviews were via teams. They were very easy and required you to be on camera. You go through the basic interview tiers, at least two before you are offered the job. The very first interview will be by phone.

I had a phone interview first, after applying on Indeed. Then went to their temporary office to meet with a regional manager and a local officer manager. They seemed very green and uninformed. As a licensed real estate agent, which is a requirement of the position, they had no information on what my splits would be if I sold a house and could not even give me the temporary broker's name. There was no business cards handed out, so I literally had no way to communicate questions with them post interview. I had to resort to texting which isn't ideal. They were able to tell you get $15 base, and then $100 for the first 6 houses you lease each month and $200 for those after. The company offers great health benefits and 401k apparently. They said if I wasn't offered the job, I could get leasing referral fees (obviously again, they are not familiar with how real estate work because of you do). They said they would call me on Monday if I got the job or not. Monday came and went. And I finally got a unprofessional text on Tuesday saying I didn't get the job.
