The interview process was fairly easy and required some research about the company via their website. It helps to know a bit about banking but they accept any college business degree.

First phone interview if selected followed up by in person interview or virtual. Overall had good experience where I gave honest answers and explained my real time experience in past job

Give an example of time you demonstrated leadership quality
I applied online, and I had four interviews . First one on the phone and the other three through WebEx. Each interview takes 30 minutes. The process was smooth. Interviewers are very friendly.
