Phone screen with recruiter, phone screen with hiring manager, then phone screen with two employees to establish my technical competency. Passed all those and was asked to fly out for in person interviews. However, my credit check came back with bad stuff. Tried to explain why.......cancer. Didn’t matter, pulled my offer to interview a few hours before I was supposed to get on my flight. Credit unions are very myopic.
