My worst interview experience ever. Received a phone interview invitation from a recruiter in August of 2016 and this experience was very good. And then flew to Palo Alto for a face-to-face interview. Spent a lot of energy and money on the interview just because I loved this company, they didn't even cover the flight ticket and hotel fee while other companies do, not to mention that I waited for about an hour to start the interview. After receiving the no offer email, I emailed the manager and asked nicely about the reason just in order to improve myself, but received no response. It was ok to reject any applicant of course, but when an applicant spent his or her own money to fly to Palo Alto and slept so less just to have this interview to show his or her enthusiasm for this company and even didn't get any reason, it was unacceptable and it only shows this company doesn't care its employees and its disorganization. Don't recommend this company at all and have no choice but tell anyone in my network about this extremely bad experience. Just tell the truth

Easy interview. Questions are very generic. Minimum 4 questions asked and about three rounds of interview. The first round of interview was an interview by the HR over phone. He or she asked some generic questions about your work history etc, The second round was with the manager in person. I was given situation to enact following that few questions to test my temperament. Third round of interview was by the reginal director. It was also some generic questions.

Applied through the company website. They provide update prompt response to the applications. Received an email from HR asking for availability for a telephonic interview. The first interview was scheduled in a week's time.
