Slow processing time like any typical bank, very heavy on process questions. Employees seem friendly and easy to talk to. I tried and failed to understand how their career growth options.

Great long process multiple interviews this bank is no longer in business brought by chase. Former employees are scattered throughout footprint no other banks around that are like first republic bank

Phone screen, manager call, 2 panel rounds of 3 people each for 30 minutes. Well organized for different themes. Recruiter moved through and scheduled quickly so it was very smooth and well organized overall.

Lengthy process with over 6 people across 4 weeks so be prepared. The bank is known for having a slow process for hiring but it results in very low turnover
