Entrevista
The interview started with a phone screening and then an in-person interview meeting with six executives and staff. The four in-person interviews were with one or two people each. They were a friendly and collegial group of people that made me feel comfortable during the interview process.
There was a phone call with a recruiter, and then three rounds on interviews (two manager rounds, and one team round). It was mainly behavioral, and not so technical. They also broke down the role, and offered different career pathways from this role.

Why do you want to go/ what do you know about Wealth Management?
Three or four rounds of interviews with the VP and current associates, timely response from the HR team overall process took about 5 weeks from the first round to the final decision. Very friendly and professional tone. Mostly behavioral questions as this is an entry-level position.

Personal Questions to fit on the team followed by a brief explanation of market knowledge. Everyone is very professional and an overall good experience. I'd recommend brushing up on current events
