Disrespectful. Don’t know what for. HR sent in email to schedule an interview call ON THE DAY but did not respond. Felt like they were looking for someone to substitute a call slot after other candidate ditched them.

Entrevista
The interview process took two weeks. HR scheduled a video interview for basic questions, The sales hiring manager was direct and professional, also transparently walked me through the commission structure. HR called and made an offer but I respectfully declined because I got a much better offer in saas. Overall, it was a constructive and interesting interview experience where I got to learn more about the industry during the process.
