They called me the day after I submitted my application. The hiring manager was kind, however, she made it apparent that they have a high turn over in that position and she seemed a little irritated about it. I say this because she made a comment about wanting to find people who are willing to work and "pull their weight." She immediately asked me what my career goals were and where I saw myself in the future, which to me seems a bit like asking about kids or marriage on the first date. She answered all of my questions and I was genuinely interested in the position. She said that she would get back to me within the month. I ended up having to follow up only to find out they hired someone internally. They all seem like decent people at the bank, however, it seems like a difficult place to get a foot in the door unless you know someone there with some pull.
