It was a very smooth process. The interview process was quite lovely, and everyone was pleasant. First interview was a Teams call, a screening type of call, just wanting to figure out who you are. Second, an in-person interview with at least three people for about an hour, where they will ask questions about your resume and the different experiences it highlights. They want to get a feel for how you think and how you communicate. Last, you meet with the Chief Credit Officer; this conversation is conversational mainly and assesses overall culture fit.
No technical questions, mostly STAR questions, and speaking to the experiences you have had and why they make you a good fit.
