I went through two interviews. The first was a screening and the second was a panel. I was told that I would hear within 1-2 weeks. It is over 3 weeks and they never got back to me. Simple courtesy would at least require saying that they are not proceeding any further. I had to write this review after reading on LinkedIn that employers are getting ghosted. No wonder. The employers have set the tone by ghosting candidates. Candidates respond accordingly.
