The interview was 9 minutes in length, which I thought was quiet short. I was asked did I achieve the grade I stated, experience working in an office setting, what I know about the Kx technology.
Nothing major, no questions were asked about my previous or current employment. Nothing on strengths or weaknesses. It was a straight forward interview but I felt there was no questions asked for you to shine and up your chances.

Phone interview followed up by a maths test followed up by a zoom interview. Main basis of interview was on company and products related to the company, eg KX and how this is used across the globe

Interview
I had an initial phone screening with a relatively friendly interviewer who asked me some questions about my resume. That being said, my initial phone screening seemed to ask for more confirmations about my resume and less about my full background. The main topic was the capital markets training program.
