I was recruited by a former coworker. I sent him my resume and he forwarded it to a VP, Matt Gladieux. Matt called me within a week to schedule an interview. When I went in for the interview, I filled out an application first before being invited into Matt's office. He asked me to tell me about myself, what sales experience I have, and why I wanted to work there. He then let me know that the position was 100% commissioned and explained the job duties and training process that would make me successful. He said he would contact me within 48 hours to let me know if I had been hired. He called the next day and I accepted the position.
