Applied online, and recruiter contacted to set up pone screen. Recruiter was not on time with scheduled time. In fact she was twenty minutes late. She told me about the position and company, explained rate of pay. She then asked about my resume and a time to set up an nonperson interview. In person interview was easy, 30 minutes, asked behavioral questions. One comment I have is two explain parking to candidates, I was not the only one driving around trying to find a place that we can park. I was not impressed with the follow up of the Human Resources team. They were not reliable on contacting you when they said they would and did not know who the manager was that going to interview me in person. I would not recommend.
