HR who interviewed me was too all over the place. Was very ill prepared and late. When I asked about the next interview steps, she cannot give me a straight answer. When they scheduled me for 2nd interview, HR took 3 WEEKS to get back to me. I still ended up doing it to not waste the opportunity, but in hindsight, that 3 week waiting period should have been a signal to stay away. Fix your recruitment process. Stop winging it, it makes you look incompetent.
