The whole process was simple with only 1 round interview but the interview panel had high expectations like closing 400 roles alone in a months time and working for all saturdays for 6 months straight though the role demand is for 5 days a week work. He was normalising overtime as requirement for the company and not accepting any answers rather he wanted the candidate to spill out answers that he had in his mind
