I was called by HR for a phone interview. In about a week later HR called again to set up a in person interview with the branch manager. It was pretty easy.

that that formal. manager that interviews probably doesnt even speak fluent english. interview will probably be in english/chinese. will have a test to take before you are able to complete the interview. test is not that hard, no calculator allowed.
