It was a pool campus held in which around 600 members from 5 colleges had participated. This was for the position in Bangalore office, Karnataka. The rounds were as follows : 1. Pre placement talk - A detailed description about the company and the it's branches here in India and about the role (.Net developer). The package offered was CTC 4LPA ( 3.6L fixed pay + rest as variable pay). And a agreement bond for 3 years. 2. Paper based Apptitude test - Test contained 60 questions comprising Q's from General Apptitude, simple technical Q's, logical, reasoning and English. Out of 600 around 60 members were shortlisted for the next round. So basically the first round was an elimination round. 3. Group Discussion - Teams of 10 were made and topics were based on current affairs (Local and National). 3-4 people from each team were selected. Totally around 20+ members were shortlisted for the next round. 4. Technical round - A very long interview session was held to bring out the technical acumen and about what you have mentioned in your resume. Took place for around 20-30 minutes. 5. Technical + HR round - Similar to the previous round along with a few HR questions here and there. 2 interviewers were there one for technical and one for HR( HR might observe you for the whole 30 minutes interview, you body language, the way you answer and all other stuff ). After the End of 4th and 5th rounds. The results was announced. 3 out final 20 students were selected. The process started around 10 a.m in the morning and went up to 11.30 pm. So be prepared and have lot of patience. The overall experience was very good and you will definitely enjoy and have a great experience. All The Best.
