Don't even bother. I had two zoom interviews, one with the HR and one with the hiring manager who is a financial consultant. I prepped so much for the interview, like the more technical questions and why I would be a good fit for the role even though I had no experience. No technical questions were asked. The first interview was to sus out my character I suppose and it went pretty well. The second one with the hiring manager was odd because he asked me to rate myself on how Hard-working, disciplined and ambitious I am. He also asked if my parents are retired which I quite immediately clocked as weird because they will most likely try to sell them insurance or whatever. I asked them if there was a sales- FA component involved after seeing another review on this platform. They said yes, there was even targets and commissions which was NOT DISCLOSED IN THE JD. I also saw that almost 400 people applied for the role, so I'm not sure why they chose the one person with no HR experience unless it is to sell stuff. I also have another friend who did admin for another insurance provider and she had to fork out her own cash to hold recruitment drives. It was just an overall sus interview and I highly suggest if you're not a sales person to turn away.

There are a total of 3 stages of interviews, the first was from the recruitment agency and 2 were from the company. All were easy questions, mostly trying to psycho you to FA job. A lot of chit chatting about the job and ur personal experience.
