It consisted of 2 rounds. Round 1: It was a 1:1 with a senior experienced scrum master. Questions were mostly based on past experience and tackling situations. Round 2: It was with director of agile where no questions were asked. He gave insights on how the organisation works and what I was stepping into. I loved this method and appreciated this interview a lot.
