The first step was a simple PHP test including short coding tasks, debugging tasks and general knowledge questions on Object Oriented Programming and Testing. The second step was a 30/35 minutes interview with the Development Manager and a Dev Team Leder. The technical questions were about PHP/MySQL, Javascript, dev practices and web technologies knowledge
