one on one. Not very involved. The person interviewing me was the location manager. He was kind and basically just reviewed my background and skill set. I also found that if you flirted with him, you got his attention. I believe for this position, it was more about who he wanted to see in the office everyday as compared to actual skills. I had a great background in a corporate environment but i believe my little black dress actually got me the position. Sad.
