Interview process is smooth and panel is very helpful, They will inform you about the result after the interview which you will not usually see in case you got rejected.

They actively recruit candidates from LinkedIn based on Profile fitment. Recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn as i had expressed my interest in the Job posted on LinkedIn. Company has a very good banking and financial portfolio which makes it attractive for code enthusiasts. For me it took around 1 week to finish up the process including a weekend so around 4-5 working days. It went through 3 technical rounds which were at par very investigative. Overall i appreciate the efforts taken by the recruiting panel in curating interview questions which gauge overall competency of the candidate in multiple technology areas. I unfortunately got rejected as i could not cope up with their expectations. But overall they gave me a perspective about appearing for these small-mid level companies or startup that looks out for best available talent.
