The first round was nice, there were questions based on what was on my resume. I assume they tried to understand my communication skills.
One thing to note is that they always ask to list the name of the software/products (to check if you have researched the company) and they ask problem-solving aptitude question
In the second, they asked to go through one of their software programs and perform a task, which to me felt absurd, because this is exactly what an employee is trained on, and they expect you to figure that out in an interview????
