Very frustrating. Went through multiple rounds only to be ghosted and could not even follow up with the initial recruiter. Prior to that the role seemed great and there was tremendous communication.

Applied to the Finish Line Boulder, CO corporate office in March 2019. After applying online I was contacted by an HR Representative in Indianapolis, IN at Finish Line headquarters and had a phone interview with them asking questions about my technical experience and career goals. I was then referred to the Boulder office team and had a second phone interview where they further asked about my technical knowledge and experience specifically related to the job duties. I was then invited for an in-person interview at the corporate office in Boulder, CO where I met with management and we further discussed my technical knowledge and experience with the team. I was asked to prepare a technical marketing report (about 5-6 pages) and present it by the end of the week. I was later contacted by the HR Representative in Indianapolis via phone and was presented a job offer. This process took about 3 weeks and was rather difficult due to the technical nature of the job I applied for and the competitiveness of candidates. Overall, the interview process was tight, organized, and the questions were well thought out requiring thoughtful answers and previous experience.
