I submitted my application online and had the opportunity to interview with Fingerprint in January 2023. Reflecting on the experience, I found the interview process to be positive, particularly due to the welcoming and friendly nature of the Fingerprint team. The home-task assigned was not only intriguing but also presented a real-world problem, challenging my practical skills. The interview process was structured as follows: - Initial conversation with HR, - A take-home task with a 10-day deadline, suggesting an 8-hour commitment. Interestingly, it took me approximately 2 hours to complete, and I was able to submit my solution the next day. - Two technical interviews, - A final interview with the CTO, focusing on technical aspects. Unfortunately, after progressing through these stages, I was informed that due to current market conditions, the position I applied for would not be filled at that time. I had to wait 14 days for the answer after final stage.
