Heard good reviews about the company from friends and applied through a referral. Received call from HR in a week to schedule a discussion. Had two interviews, one with a team lead and senior developer, another with a team manager. It is more like a discussion than an interview.

Interview was detailed. Based on projects, technology front and about the ability for problem solving for coding knowledge. There is a test before and then an HR round. No negotiation on salary,
