Process was outsourced to a British company for sourcing and CV scanning. The first phone call was also made by the same company Pareto. Phone call was general get-to-know questions. Then I was invited to virtual full day interview process where you attend a few team-based case studies where you need to show your problem solving, critical assessment, team player and leadership skills. It was fun but you need to be lucky to be in the same team with clever and cooperating people. Some of them was just bamboozling the process.

Group interview from 9:00 to 19:00 Different team activities and personal interviews on languages and background. Around 20 people, 5 got picked. Confidence and being outspoken helps. Be knowledgeable about the company and what they do.
