The whole process was very interesting and difficult. First it was a qualification call with the Hiring Manager during which i was given a task to complete (Market Overview against Finastra's products portfolio) . Second step included extensive interview and discussion over the outcome of this task/case study. 3rd step included another interview with the Territory GM. After that, i had no feedback! Neither a call nor a rejection email. I consider this attitude as unacceptable for a Multi Billion Company. So, although i had a very positive impression over the hiring manager, my overall experience from Finastra is negative.
