(I was speaking about two Innovative suggestions/ ideas which led to disagreement between the colleagues, hence this question) Q: What are the reasons do you think was your Suggestion discarded over your colleague’s idea? But I suggested how outside the workplace I took help of Seniors/AM and kept on tweaking my model and kept on making it better and more feasible). Q: It is a difficult time when we face disagreement. How did your Relationship with this employee go about – post the strategy session? How did you deal with him at the workplace after the results were announced? He started sharing screen for some pictorial representation of data. (Found out my first answer was on point at least as per the factors that were utmost essential to mention in the earlier question) - Answered based on the graphical view. Follow up question – What other factors than those on screen can you think about to help the firm? I mentioned two additional points that I could think of. Q3. Arithmetic question I moved very quickly. Interviewer asked to slow down. Then I had to make few simple to moderate calculations but took a little bit of time, the answer was correct. At the end got stuck a little bit, the interviewer redirected me to the right path. Answered both the math sums fairly.
