They ask OOPs and SQL in technical interview. Before that there is a aptitude test to qualify for it. Then there is a HR round with the leadership. This is for the onsite recruitment drive only.

Had a phone interview with the recruiter first and was excited to be contacted for a second interview with someone named Shushma. I spent the night before preparing and was ready at the video call at 9:00 am. No one ever showed up. I let the recruiter know, and she kindly got back to me and tried to schedule another interview, but I declined. After seeing other reviews, I see this is a trend for FinThrive. A healthy work structure and consideration for the time of employees are important factors for me, so this was just too big of a red flag.

Also concerning is that the company is owned by private equity and has been traded around multiple times. How much time before the next sale?
