I submitted an application and after four months received a call asking to schedule an interview for the following morning... The process was structured as two separate back to back 30 minute interviews with one senior member of the company and one junior. Easy generic questions, apparently second round would be a similar structure, which to be honest was somewhat concerning how superficial and short the process is. I was told I would hear back from them within two weeks if my application was being taken forward. No correspondence for 5 weeks. I followed up to ask politely for confirmation that my application was not being taken forward, and it appears they have decided not to respond. Very uncourteous and unprofessional, or unorganised at best. The organisation has a mixed reputation in the sector, and my experience did not leave a positive impression.

The interview was with the hiring management and the interview was conducted virtually. Questions asked included fit for the role, relevant experience, strengths and weaknesses. It was a pleasant conversation with opportunity to ask questions at the end.
