Interview
The interview process was well-structured and organized. It consisted of three rounds — two technical rounds and one HR round.First round they asked technical questions. Based on the evaluation of that task, the next technical round was scheduled. The technical discussions were focused, fair, and relevant to the role. The HR round was more about understanding my background, expectations, and cultural fit. Overall, the interview experience was smooth and transparent, with clear communication at each stage.

Entrevista
My overall interview experience with FinBox was very positive.
The process was structured and smooth — starting with an initial round on manual testing, SQL queries, and some basics of automation, followed by a technical discussion around API testing and problem-solving. The interviewers were very supportive; even when I got stuck, they gave helpful hints to guide me in the right direction, which made the process feel more like a conversation than a test.
What stood out to me was how professional and respectful everyone was. The HR team kept me informed at every stage and communicated transparently about timelines and expectations. After the final round, they also discussed my career goals and compensation in detail, which gave me confidence that they value candidates as much as employees.
Overall, the interview was challenging but fair, and it reflected the company’s culture of collaboration and growth. I came away with a very positive impression of FinBox and felt excited about joining the team.
