I had an interview with filtrex, it was quite nice, In the call letter its mentioned that i have to send a power point presentation of my self. In the interview i need to present that in frond of the interviewers. After that i had a discussion with their manager, and they informed me that they will conduct a second interview, but they didn't. There were suppose to be 4 round of interviews, first and send is face to face and 3 and 4 is telephonic from US. This was their procedure. I felt the interview is like a discussion, the environment is also good, so that with out any nerves we can perform well.
