2. flew to HO for in person interview with 3 people: CEO, PM and head of manufacturing/engineering
3. site tour to see product.
typical small 7 person company unorganized interview process.
They now have HR people and a more formal process with formal questions. I doubt they have templated the types of people they need however because of the revolving door of misfit hires.
