Rude, boring, haughty interviewers who don't have the credentials to back up their crappy attitudes. One of them was 30min late and they both were very clearly working on other things while taking the meeting over Teams. They didn't even bother to look at me. They talked about themselves and the role and then asked if I had questions. One of them was a recent college grad and very clearly a child. The experience was so off-putting I didn't bother to follow up on it as this company is a complete waste of anyone's time and you can absolutely do better (read and take the awful reviews here seriously, save your time and energy). I ended up getting a similar position with a more reputable company. Nobody cares or even knows about FilmRise. Their attitudes are clearly overcompensation for being subpar.
