I applied here because I saw an opening and knew someone from here, There were a couple of openings and I applied to what I was qualified for.
You meet with the hiring manager and go on to meet two manager level individuals. They ask you a series of questions of what you've worked on and ask you to do a technical challenge for half the interview.
I answered the questions well considering the role was for C# and it was asked to be done in JavaScript. They had about 8 challenges, We only got through about 2 before time was up. I solved both 20/20 and was still rejected which was a bit surprising. I asked for feedback and was basically ignored which was not great.

What is a project that you worked on that you're proud of
Pretty lame experience. I had an interview scheduled at 3:30. The recruiter emailed me 5 minutes before and told me to reschedule since he had a “meeting he could not miss”.
Massive disrespect for my time with no remorse. Job hunting is already a bad experience and recruiters like this make it worse.

Started with an online technical screening with some development leadership. This included technical questions as well as a programming exercise.
Then went to another technical/cultural screening with the potential team. This included technical questions and team-fit type questions.
Lastly, a cultural screening with the CTO. This was more of a back and forth interview to get to know the company mission, value alignment, and more cultural fit.

Applied online. Interview with HR. Then coding test. I did fine but not perfect so they did not call me back. All LINQ solvable problems. Weak way to test knowledge really.
